Vital statistics: Albert is an asian (Indian) male. He was born on December 6, 2000. Black hair, brown eyes. He has an olive complexion. He is identical twin to Alfred. Alfred is an asian (Indian) male. He has black hair and brown eyes. He has an olive complexion. Both were eight at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial father, Sunil Jacob. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They traveled to India along with their mother, Bindu Phillips, on what she believed to be a family vacation. She was prevented by Jacob from seeing the boys and when she returned to New Jersey in April discovered most of their belongings had been shipped to India. An FBI warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for him on April 1, 2011. They may be in the company of an adult female and an adult male. They are believed to still be in Kerola, India.
