Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Samuel Barrera. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. He normally resides in Poza Rica, Veracruz, with his mother; he left on July 14 to vacation with his father's family in Nuevo Laredo. His mother last spoke to him and to his paternal aunt, Silvia Barrera, on July 18. They may be in the company of his cousin, Loreley Rivas, and a woman named Janet Luna. They may have traveled to Belize, Canada, Guatemala, or the United States.
