Vital statistics: White female. Born on October 22, 2019. Long straight blond hair, brown eyes. Was two at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Paola Amador. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They left on a trip and she was not returned to her father on the agreed upon date. They are believed to be in Switzerland; Amador was last known to be there and she said she would turn over her daughter, but fled instead. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
