Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on May 9, 2019. Blond hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue jacket with gray sleeves, blue denim pants, and brown shoes. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He is being concealed by his non-custodial mother, Antonina Aslanova Quintana. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time his father, Cesar Quintana, had custody of him and Aslanova Quintana had supervised visitation. When his father had surgery he invited her over to help watch their son and he fell asleep; when he awoke the two had vanished. Alexander's passport was also missing. A felony warrant for child abduction was issued for her on January 15, 2022. They may be in Mariupol, Ukraine. They may be traveling in a silver 2014 Mini Cooper with California license plates 8BSY609. He was able to talk to his son through FaceTime in March 2022, before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but has not heard from him since. Alexander is considered at risk because of his mother's history of alcohol abuse and the war in Ukraine.

Vital statistics: White female. Born on July 28, 1986. Brown hair, green eyes. She is a citizen of the United States, the Czech Republic, and Ukraine. Some agencies refer to her as "Antonina Aslanova." Was thirty-five at the time.
