Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. His father, David Perez, received a call from social services on October 14 saying that his son and his mother had not been heard from since that date and he had not been registered in school. They may have traveled to the Ukraine, where his mother was born.
