Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial mother, Yaling Chang. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for her on January 15, 2013. They may have traveled to Taipei, Taiwan.

Vital statistics: Asian female. Born on August 27, 1972. Black hair, brown eyes. She has a tattoo on her ankle and may wear glasses. Some agencies give her name as "Ya Ling." Was thirty-nine at the time.
