Vital statistics: Biracial (hispanic/white) male. Born on December 20, 1996. Black hair, brown eyes. Was eight at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Edward Hale Martin. A photo is not available, but he is a white (American) male who was born on August 21, 1950; he was fifty-five at the time. He has salt and pepper hair and green eyes. He was staying at a friend's residence when his father arrived and said he would be taking him home. His mother had not given his father permission to do so. They may be in Orlando, Florida, with Martin's relatives.
