Last seen in Flushing, New York on September 5, 2004

Vital statistics: Biracial (asian/white) female. Born on October 21, 2003. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a small red birthmark on her right wrist and she has dimples. She may use the last name "Sartin." Was ten months at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Nadia Juan. A photo and vital statistics for her are posted below. On the above date, Emily's father, Cary Sartin, went to the apartment of Emily's mother to pick her up for his weekly visitation period. There was no one there and a summons was issued for Nadia to appear in family court on September 14. She did not appear and custody was awarded to Sartin. An FBI warrant for international parental kidnapping was issued for her on February 17, 2005. They are known to have traveled to Taiwan on September 6. Nadia attempted to leave Taiwan but was refused by the Taiwanese government. She is fighting Sartin for custody of Nadia in the Taiwan courts.

Vital statistics: Asian (Taiwanese) female. Born on April 1, 1967. Brown hair, brown eyes. She has a scar on her left calf and an a brown, oval-shaped birthmark on her lower back. She may have suicidal tendencies. She may use the alias names "Mei-Fen Juan" or "Julia Juan." Was thirty-seven at the time.
