Vital statistics: Asian female. Born on January 29, 2004. Black hair, brown eyes. She has a scar on her upper right arm and usually wears her hair in shoulder length pigtails. Was four at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father, Budi Muyla Santoso. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. There is a warrant out for his arrest on charges of fraud, racketeering, and conspiracy to bribe an organization receiving federal funds. They may have traveled to Indonesia.
