Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Iryna Palii. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time Palii was seperating from Emily's father, Alejandro Vaquero. She told him that she was going to take her daughter to a birthday party and did not return. They are believed to be in the Ukraine, but may have traveled to Moldova or Russia.
