Vital statistics: Eveny is a hispanic female. She was born on May 20, 2004. Brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a blue t-shirt and blue jeans. She was carrying a Justin Bieber backpack. Was five at the time. Louis is a hispanic male. He was born on July 6, 2008. Brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a red and white striped t-shirt. Was two at the time. Miguel is a hispanic male. He was born on December 24, 2005. Brown hair, brown eyes. Last seen wearing a orange and white striped t-shirt and blue jeans. Was four at the time.
Circumstances: They are being concealed by their non-custodial mother, Elizabeth Rojo. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time the children were in foster care; they had been placed there a year before when Rojo put her children in a car and drove off with the intention of killing herself in a crash. They are believed to be in Mexico. They may be traveling in a white 1989 Isuzu Trooper with California license plates 6KNG594. The childrens' father was deported to Mexico before the abduction but it is unknown if he is assisting in the abduction.
