Vital statistics: Hispanic male. Born on October 8, 1979. Black hair, brown eyes. His nickname is "Rickie." He has a birthmark on his back, and scars on his right hand, left leg, and right leg. Last seen wearing black short pants and a white shirt. Was sixteen at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial stepfather. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They may be in Florida, New Jersey, or New York. They may be traveling in a twenty-one foot Open Fisherman boat custom made with two outboard Mariner 40 HP motors named Ashlyn.
