Vital statistics: White male. Born on January 12, 1982. Sandy brown hair, green eyes. Was one at the time.

Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial stepfather. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. The stepfather was later located without him; he claimed he had given him to another family. This was never confirmed.
