Circumstances: They are in the company of their non-custodial father, Ahmed Abdhahlla Taha Kandil. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. They are known to have left the country on a flight to the Ukraine and then to Turkey. They may be in either country, or may have traveled to Canada, Egypt, or Saudi Arabia. They may be traveling in a dark red sedan.
