Vital statistics: White female. Born on November 12, 2008. Black hair, black eyes. She has a burn scar the size of a quarter in between her right thumb and index finger on her right hand. Was three at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial father. Photos and vital statistics for him are not available. They are believed to be in Peru.
