Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Jennifer Lea Settle. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. She had recently lost all custody rights to her daughter, who was supposed to be placed with her father, Michael Butcher. A federal warrant for unlawful flight to avoid prosecution was issued for her on June 26, 2019. They may be traveling in a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with South Carolina plates 7810MC. They may have left the country.
