Vital statistics: White male. Born on October 20, 2002. Curly brown hair, brown eyes. He is of Kuwaitian and Lebanese descent. He speaks Arabic, Al-Lawati, and English. His nickname is "Hamudy." He may use the alias names "Mohamed Ali," "Helal," "Hasan," and/or "Mohamed Ali Bin Helal Bin Hasan Jaafar Al-Lawati." He has asthma. Was three at the time.
Circumstances: He was abducted by his non-custodial father, Hilal Hasan Ali Jaafar. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. Mohamed's mother had gone with her husband and son to Oman and Jaafar refused to leave the country or to allow Mohamed-Ali to return with her to the United States. She was granted a divorce on September 19, 2006 and received full custody of Mohamed-Ali at the time. A felony warrant for kidnapping was issued for him on August 11, 2008. They are believed to be in Muscat, Oman in Al-Khouair.

Vital statistics: White (Kuwaiti) male. Born on September 2, 1967. Black hair, black eyes. He is a member of the the Al-Lawati tribe. He occasionally wears glasses and has a birthmark on his left cheek hidden by his facial hair. He may go by the alias name "Hilal bin Hasan Al-Lawati." He speaks Arabic, Farsi, English, Indian, Al-Lawati, and limited Turkish. He currently works as a imam for a mosque in Oman. Was thirty-eight at the time.
