Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Analhy Villagran-Loya. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. At the time, Rivera's parents shared custody of her and she was supposed to be returned to her father, Robert Rivera, on the above date, but they never showed up. A felony warrant for custodial interference was issued for her was issued on December 11, 2020. They are believed to be in Mexico with Villagran-Loya's family.
