Vital statistics: White female. Born on June 14, 1990. Blond hair, blue eyes. Was seven months at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Patricia Edwards. Photos and vital statistics for her are not available. They were last seen at the home of Olivia's paternal grandparents. Edwards left saying she was going to visit her parents in Bel Air or Aberdeen, Maryland. Neither have been seen again. The maternal grandparents may be assisting them.
