Vital statistics: Briana is a hispanic (Nicaraugan) female. She was born on February 4, 2013. Brown hair, brown eyes. Some agencies give her last name as "Hall." Was three at the time. Lester is a hispanic (Nicaraugan) male. He was born on April 25, 2003. Black hair, brown eyes. Was thirteen at the time. Roselyn is a hispanic (Nicaraugan) female. She was born on July 21, 2005. Black hair, brown eyes. Some agencies give her hair color as blond. Was eleven at the time. The children speak English and Spanish.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial parents, Rosa Martinez and Lester Efren Pereira. Photos and vital statistics for them are posted below. The children were supposed to be taken into DCF custody on the above date, but they received a notice that Lester and Roselyn had not been at school for the past two days. They may have traveled to Nicaragua. They are considered at risk.
