Vital statistics: Black female. Born on August 20, 2008. Black hair, brown eyes. Was four at the time.

Circumstances: She was abducted by her non-custodial mother, Joan Nagadya Kiyenje. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. A felony warrant for child abduction was issued for her on April 11, 2013. They may have traveled to Kenya or Uganda. She was returning a rental car at the time but it is unknown if she is in possesion of another vehicle.

Vital statistics: Black female. Born on January 4, 1974. Black hair, brown eyes. Was thirty-nine at the time.
