Takoda Tei and Tiana Kiku Weed

Last seen in Portland, Oregon on January 15, 2004

Vital statistics: Takoda is a biracial (asian/white) male. He was born on November 12, 1997. Brown hair, brown eyes. His nickname is "Tei Chan" and he may use the alias "Tei Oda." Was six at the time. Tiana is a biracial (asian/white) female. She was born on March 18, 2001. Light brown hair, brown eyes. Her nickname is "Kiku Chan" and she may use the alias "Kiku Oda." Was two at the time.

Circumstances: They were abducted by their non-custodial mother, Kyoko Oda. A photo and vital statistics are posted below. After the divorce, she was granted custody and was allowed to move to Japan as long as she maintained contact with their father Brett Weed, but on the above date she severed all ties and fled the country. A felony warrant has been issued for her. They are still believed to be in Japan.
